Chris founded Legacy Heating and Cooling when he was 22 years old. With a few hundred dollars to his name, he knew that if he worked hard and treated customers with the highest level of customer service, that he could grow a successful business. After putting processes into place to make sure all customers were treated with the same great services, his business grew into what it is today.

Jordan is our office manager and works alongside her husband, Chris, to support the tasks associated with operating a small business. Together, they have two wonderful children - Case and Hadley. Jordan is dedicated to the success of Legacy and always tries to further her knowledge to better serve our company.

Brian is a lead installer. With over 30 years of experience there is not much he has not seen. His attention to detail and care for the customers best interest is what sets him apart from others in the industry. Brian is married and has multiple kids and grand kids who he loves to spend time with. He also attends church every opportunity he gets. 

Stickler has played a huge part in the success here at Legacy, we wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the dedication he puts forth serving our customers. His knowledge and understanding of how your equipment works is very hard to find in a technician. Although he is primarily a service technician, you may find him giving aid to an install, or presenting different options if a replacement is necessary. While not at work you can typically find Stickler and his wife caring for their foster children and working on their small farm of goats & horses.

Donna Kay (D.K) is one of the lovely faces most customers do not get the pleasure to see, you can find her working in the office scheduling service calls and helping keep everything in order. We often get feedback from customers letting us know the kindness she expressed over the phone when scheduling gave them assurance that they picked the right company to service their system. If you have met Donna Kay you know that she loves her husband, kids and grandkids more than anything here on earth. If she’s not spending time with her grandchildren at sporting events, or church you can find her in the kitchen baking all sorts of yummy treats!
